SCHEDULING
To start the booking process, please fill out the booking form on the website under ‘Inquiry’. This is the only way to contact us/start booking. Direct messages on social media, as well as emails to any address other than NovaLunaStudioTattoo@gmail.com will not be seen.
WALK-INS
We do not offer walk-ins, and are not open to the general public as we are appointment only.
AGE
Clients must be over 18 years old, with valid government issued photo identification.
DEPOSIT
All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit in order to schedule.
RESCHEDULING
Clients must provide 48 hour notice to be given via email (NovaLunaStudioTattoo@gmail.com) prior to booked appointment to reschedule, and clients may reschedule one time to another date within six months of the originally scheduled appointment. Clients who do not show to scheduled appointments and fail to notify the business, provide less than 48 hour notice or reschedule for a second time will automatically result in a forfeit deposit.
LATE POLICY
Clients that are more than 15 minutes late without notification will be required to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. Please give yourself plenty of time to find the studio.
TOUCH-UPS
Only tattoos done at Nova Luna Studio are subject to one touch-up scheduled within six months of original appointment, on a strictly as needed basis. Anything outside of this parameter, including but not limited to, tattoos done by other artists are considered under standard rates.
COVER-UPS/REWORKS
Depending on the current tattoo, as well as the desired outcome, cover-ups and reworks may be possible. Please provide a detailed description, as well as several high resolution photos in your inquiry form.
AFTERCARE
Written and verbal instructions are provided at the time of an appointment, as well as product recommendations are provided prior.
